Fountain of Larms

This is a Fountain of Larms. I don't really know its real name, but this seems to be it. It is dedicated to 11, as I remember, victims of 9/11. 
 The ones who worked at the company, who built this monument in the memory of  its employees. 

It is very interesting because every second there is a drop falling down to the water.
