New Yorkers like to live on the very top to see all the city around, to have "a magnificent" and scary view :-)
It is a very very expensive place to have an appartment.
And it's not very pretty as for me to live right here. No trees, only buildings and cars. where is the pleasure?
But what is interesting, 5th avenue cganges when it comes closer to the Central Park, trees start to appear, it becomes more green and possible to live :-) but still too high as for me
